Sometimes growth begins in darkness.
A seed does not know exactly what waits above the soil. It only knows to break open, send roots downward, and keep reaching toward light.

We aren't so different.
We endure seasons that test us.
Winds that strengthen our roots.
Heat that draws out what we didn't know we carried. Long stretches where the most important work is happening quietly, beneath the surface, unseen by everyone else.

And still, we both choose to rise.
Not without scars. Or struggle.
But because we are capable of bearing fruit.

The right people will not only admire what you survived. They'll value what you grew because of it.

They'll receive your wisdom, your love, your creativity, your courage, and the nourishment you bring into the world.

So don't mistake a hidden season for a wasted one.
You may simply be growing roots strong enough to hold everything that is coming next. 🌱✨

What society teaches us about love often misses the most important parts.

We're shown one facet of a beautiful, multi-faceted gem.

Meanwhile, the moments where love is truly revealed are often discouraged, avoided, dismissed, or buried beneath fear, pride, assumptions, and pain.

Using one movie that brilliantly parodies the classic fairy tale, I'll be inviting us to remodel what we've been taught love is into what love actually looks like.

Together, we'll stop BLAVING ourselves and the people we love.

We'll choose truth instead.
