Hello friends! I’ve been thinking about how to best support all of us. I’m curious about your thoughts on group therapy. It’s not as popular as individual therapy, and there’s lots of reasons why. If you have a few moments, drop me your feedback in the comments or send me a DM! I’ll be using this info to build community programming for the next couple seasons 😊
¡Hola, amigos!

Respira, breathe…. Our breath is a reflection of our essence and life force energy, also known as prana, chi, tonalli. I’m offering this special class and intentional container to connect to our breath to learn more about our mind and regulate our nervous system through yogic breathing practices known as pranayama. I know we can do this at home alone, but an intentional container of support can really change your experience and awareness. I hope to see you at this new offering! Sign up in bio! Check out the sliding scale in the Eventbrite page 😊

It’s been a minute since I sing and drum for you. Here is a song I just sang in ceremony called Renace La Fuerza by Almaconvoz. I dedicate it to the generational power and wisdom we carry in our sacred body. May the vibration and intention reach your spirit to awaken and remember ✨
