🌞I’M DISAPPEARING TOMORROW🌞
Tomorrow I’m flying to Arizona, although this time, definitely in a very different way.
If you’ve been here with me for a while, you probably know that when I go to Arizona, I disconnect from the online world. Completely.

😍This time, I’ll be offline for 4 weeks: August 25 - September 21.
❌Zero social media.
❌Zero email.
❌Zero phone calls.
❌Zero texts.
❌Zero Messenger, etc.

🫂Last year, I didn’t do this and that became my lesson to always listen to myself.

✍️If you’d like to contact me while I’m away, you’re absolutely welcome to send me a message. I’ll read it and respond when I return.

💚This trip is shaping up to be completely different from the ones before. And it was supposed to be even more different. This time, besides co-facilitating our annual Slavic retreat with Margo HerbalGoddess Burdek , it will be, above all, time for myself and the fulfillment of a huge dream of mine.

💚I have no idea what will come from it. I’m giving myself A LOT of space for I DON’T KNOW, for silence, for nature, and for… wherever my heart leads me.

🤗I’ll be back on September 21. And then I’ll tell you what happened on that journey.

Still feeling the beautiful energy of last night. 💚

So grateful for every person who came, paused, listened, received… and allowed the sound to meet them exactly where they were.

Last night was also a beautiful reminder to take care of the vessel that carries us through this life - our body.
To nourish it. Listen to it. Give it space to rest, release and simply be.

Because taking care of yourself is not egoism. It is a necessity. You can’t pour from emptiness.

Every Sound Journey is different, because YOU bring part of its energy with you.
Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for trusting the sound.
Thank you for trusting me.

What an incredible Holistic Health Fair it was! A day filled with wonderful conversations, curiosity, connection, and mini Tuning Fork Therapy sessions.

💚One of my favorite moments is hearing someone finish a 15-minute mini session and say, “I feel calmer in my body.”
