Cleavers has a way of clinging to everything it touches. In many ways, we do the same.

Tension, pain, other people’s expectations, old beliefs, and emotions we no longer need can quietly attach themselves to us over time.

During this special Releasing Sound Journey, I invite you to pause, let go, and immerse yourself in an experience inspired by the energy of cleavers growing in my garden. We will also enjoy a soothing cup of cleavers herbal tea as part of our evening together.

Release what no longer serves you. Unhook from what is not yours. Create space for lightness, harmony, and your own blooming.

We will begin with a short guided meditation while sipping cleavers tea, followed by deep relaxation supported by the sounds of crystal singing bowls, drum, Koshi chimes, tuning forks…

There was a moment… when everything softened.
Breath slowed down.
Bodies exhaled.
And the noise… finally quieted.

Thank you for being part of this UNWIND Sound Journey - for showing up, for allowing, for trusting the process without needing to fix anything.

The card that came through for our group spoke so clearly…
Life as a festival.
Not someday. Not when everything is perfect. But here. In the middle of it all.

And maybe that’s what we touched Friday night:
✨ a little more presence
✨ a little more permission
✨ a little more life, exactly as it is

We were held by sound, by stillness, and by a warm cup of UNWIND herbal tea gently supporting the body to let go.
