One of the Biggest LIES I believed was that if it was sold in the “healthy” aisle, it must be healthy for me. 😅
I used to think oatmeal, protein bars, and all the fitness snacks were helping me. Then unique functional testing showed they were low-key tearing my GUT up. 👀
😫Bloating.
😢Skin issues.
🥺Anemia.
😞Low energy.
Even when I was deep in the bodybuilding world, living off whey protein, stimulants, and “clean eating,” my hormones were waving red flags I didn’t know how to read yet.
Baby... I was a HOTTT MESS‼️🤦🏾♀️
Truth is, I’m still cleaning up some of that mess today. The difference? Now I know why my body was responding the way it was. And that stubborn below-the-bra-strap bloat? It’s finally IMPROVING. 🙌🏾
That’s why I don’t believe in Random diet plans.
