Read that again. Stop exercising just to ā€œburn offā€ dinner or chase a number on a fitness tracker.

Instead, focus on building a body that utilizes and burns energy efficiently. How do you do that? By lifting weights and building muscle.

Muscle is active tissue...it burns energy even when you’re sitting on the couch. Shift your mindset from shrinking your body to building your strength.

Day 1 of : The truth about results. ⚔

Motivation is a liar. It’s great when it shows up, but it abandons you the second you’re tired, busy, or stressed.

Consistency is what gets results when motivation punches out.

Most people don’t actually need a fancier, more complicated fitness plan. They just need to stop quitting the plan they already have every three weeks.

The secret isn’t doing more. It’s showing up more often. Small, seemingly boring actions, repeated consistently over time. That is where the magic happens.

Something kind of wild is happening soon...

Let's just say I'm approaching one of those milestone birthdays that makes people accidentally say things like, "Wow, you look great for your age." šŸ˜’ (Thanks... I think?)
Instead of pretending it’s not happening, I’m leaning all the way in.
