Day 4 of : Stop trying to burn calories. š
Read that again. Stop exercising just to āburn offā dinner or chase a number on a fitness tracker.
Instead, focus on building a body that utilizes and burns energy efficiently. How do you do that? By lifting weights and building muscle.
Muscle is active tissue...it burns energy even when youāre sitting on the couch. Shift your mindset from shrinking your body to building your strength.
