This sleeve became a whole dark fantasy world wrapped around the arm.

A twisted poisonous tree flows through the entire composition, with roots and branches naturally connecting every detail together. We added deep shadows, soft smoke textures, poisonous mushrooms, hidden faces inside the flowers, and organic details to make the whole piece feel alive.

The orchids bring contrast and elegance, while the dark branches and toxic atmosphere keep the sleeve mysterious and powerful. And the best part — the old tattoo on the shoulder completely disappeared into the new design.

This entire sleeve took only 3 days to complete.
