Mothers Healing Circle Sonja Henderson founded Mothers Healing Circle (MHC) in January 2020 to help Chicago Mothers heal from trauma due to the violent loss of their children.

Together, Mothers' rejuvenate through workshops, storytelling, legacy projects and meditative-arts.
