Help Me Build Mama T’s Herbal Medicine Clinic & Apothecary

I’m LaTonja, a Clinical Herbal Practitioner and graduate student in Clinical Herbal Medicine. After years of study, hands-on clinical experience, and a deep belief in the wisdom of plants, I’m ready to take the next step and build something of my own.

Mama T’s Herbal Medicine Clinic is a virtual practice centered on individualized herbal support, education, and whole-person care. My goal is to create a space where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to better understand their health.

Alongside the clinic, I’m developing Mama T’s Apothecary, creating thoughtfully made herbal products rooted in traditional plant wisdom and made with intention.

I’m raising funds to help establish the foundation for this work—clinical supplies, herbs, product-making materials, technology, and the resources needed to begin serving clients and growing the apothecary.

I’ve put a lot of work into getting here. Now I’m ready to turn that work into something tangible.

For a long time, I have believed that people deserve more than simply being handed a diagnosis, a prescription, or a list of things they should do. They deserve to be heard. They deserve to understand what is happening in their bodies. And they deserve the opportunity to explore supportive, whole-person approaches to wellness alongside the care they already receive.

That belief is what led me to pursue my Master’s degree in Clinical Herbal Medicine—and it is what is bringing me to the next chapter of this journey.

I am building "Mama T’s Herbal Medicine Clinic", a virtual herbal medicine practice centered on individualized, client-focused care, education, and the traditional wisdom of plants. Alongside the clinic, I am developing "Mama T’s Apothecary", where I will create thoughtfully made herbal products and remedies.

Getting a business from an idea to something real takes more than knowledge and passion. It takes resources.

I am raising funds to help me establish the foundation for this work—including the technology, clinical and herbal supplies, herbs, product-making materials, and business resources needed to begin serving clients and developing the apothecary.

Hey y'all! It's the lady who puts the T in Mama T's Apothecary.

A lot of you are trying really hard to take control of your health holistically and are turning to herbal medicine.

Herbal medicine is not a one size fits all practice. Yes, certain herbs target certain symptoms, but you run into the same problems if you keep treating symptoms and don't get to the root of the problem.
