This is one of my fav workouts. Every mile going back & forth from my zone1 and zone2 heart rate. An easy way to get the miles in. Don’t worry about your pace. Just your heart rate.

You win some, you lose some, you finish some, you don’t finish some. Today was bitter sweet! I had my best screwed up swim, best bike today. I trained so hard to finally race and I DNF. Instead of looking at it as a negative I look at today’s DNF as a learning curve, how to make myself stronger and better. Oh yeah and not to drink the lake water. Back to the workshop for fine tuning. 4 weeks til my marathon and 11 weeks til my next 70.3.
