If we haven’t met yet, I’m Ramona Wölfe….and the work I do is difficult to fit inside one little box.

I am the woman behind Mettā Physical, a private spiritual-wellness practice in South Abington Township. I work with people who feel emotionally overwhelmed, energetically depleted, disconnected from themselves, caught in repeating patterns, or aware that something inside them is asking to be seen and healed.

My sessions may include shamanic energy healing, spiritual counseling, chakra balancing, breathwork, extraction work, cord cutting, animal medicine, soul retrieval, ceremony, or simply creating a safe space where you no longer have to pretend that everything is fine.

You do not need to understand energy healing before you come. You do not need the perfect words for what you are feeling. You only need to arrive with an open mind and the willingness to meet yourself honestly.

I currently have a few openings for private sessions in my South Abington Township studio. I also offer remote sessions, so we can work together regardless of where you live.

If something in you has been quietly asking for support, message me. We can talk about what you are experiencing and get your session booked.

Be Love,
Ramona Wölfe 💜🐺💜

There is room for more gifts within Mettā Physical…..🔥🔥

I’m looking to connect with compassionate holistic practitioners and experienced energy workers who feel called to work with us and within our space.

From tarot readers and mediums to Reiki practitioners, energy healers, and those offering other holistic modalities, I would love to hear from you. My intention is to bring together a thoughtful team, each offering their own gifts while sharing a commitment to integrity, care, and meaningful connection.

And a quiet little whisper… I may be slowly coming out of hibernation. There is something taking shape around sharing what I’ve learned and supporting a small group who wish to deepen their shamanic and energy practices. I’m giving that room to unfold in its own time.

For now, my focus is on welcoming additional practitioners into Mettā Physical.

If you feel drawn to be part of our space, please message me. Tell me about your practice, your experience, and what you would love to offer.

And if someone comes to mind, please share this with them.

Be Love,

Ramona Wölfe 💜🐺💜
