I love adding our Herbal Extracts to my morning cup of tea! This morning I added Yarrow Extract for its anti-inflammatory benefits, to improve circulation, and boost digestive function. My favorite part is that yarrow grows abundantly all over the Midwest- so our extract is made from locally-harvested, fresh yarrow plants 🌸🌸🌸
Yarrow is commonly used to reduce fevers, help prevent and speed recovery of common colds, flu, and other viruses, fight infections, improve circulation, promote healthy digestion, support a healthy urinary system, and as natural anti-inflammatory. Yarrow is also an excellent topical remedy to help stop bleeding, heal cuts, scrapes, and burns, and reduce redness and inflammation.
We harvest our yarrow locally during the summer months, and use it fresh to make our Yarrow Extracts, First Aid Salves, and even add it to our Rose Facial Serums 🌹
