For many of us, life has been chaotic and we are holding so much rage, sadness, fear, and frustration within us...

Cincy Flow welcomes everyone with open arms to co-create a transformative ecstatic dance experience with a live DJ and a soundbath. We provide a judgment-free, sober, and sacred dance space that encourages freedom of expression (physical and emotional).

Whether you feel the need to play, cry, stomp, roll, or shake, we support it all. Let's move through these e-motions collectively with a community full of love and support ❤️
