This year’s focus highlights safety and health recognition, including employee acknowledgment and proactive safety practices that help create safer work environments for everyone.

Safe + Sound Week is a great opportunity to reinforce the importance of employee engagement, safety awareness, and continuous improvement in workplace safety programs and also recognize your health and safety accomplishments too!

As we wrap up the month, we wanted to take a moment to recognize Mental Health Awareness Month.

In workers’ compensation, recovery isn’t just physical, mental well-being plays a critical role in successful recovery and return-to-work outcomes. Research shows that claims involving mental health are, on average, 3.5 times more costly and last over 3.5 times longer than other claims.

Let this month serve as a reminder that small, consistent efforts to support mental health can have a meaningful and lasting impact.
