We will never forget the lives forever changed that day and the strength that brought our nation together.

Had the honor of attending the Ohio BWC’s annual Fallen Workers Memorial, paying tribute to all Ohioans who have lost their lives due to a workplace illness or accident. True heroes.

May their legacies serve as a reminder to us all of the importance of workplace safety, each and every day.

As we wrap up the month, we wanted to take a moment to recognize Mental Health Awareness Month.

In workers’ compensation, recovery isn’t just physical, mental well-being plays a critical role in successful recovery and return-to-work outcomes. Research shows that claims involving mental health are, on average, 3.5 times more costly and last over 3.5 times longer than other claims.

Let this month serve as a reminder that small, consistent efforts to support mental health can have a meaningful and lasting impact.
