I met with my plastic surgeon regarding a panniculectomy procedure to remove excess stomach skin. Following a significant weight loss of 116 pounds, which has been both a blessing and a challenge, I have been dealing with the issue of loose skin. Yesterday's consultation addressed many of my concerns and alleviated my apprehensions, leaving me enthusiastic about the upcoming procedure.
