Feeling better doesn’t mean you’re ready to get back to everything you love.

A lot of people come to us after trying physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage,
or other treatments that helped. Their pain went down, they moved better,
and they felt ready to get back to running, lifting, playing with their kids,
or getting up and down from the floor.

Then they tried those things again... and the pain came back.

So they went back to the stretches, adjustments, or exercises that helped before.
They felt better again, got active again, and eventually the same pain showed up.

That’s where the cycle starts.

Feeling better doesn’t always mean your body is ready to get back
to everything you were doing before.

At I.MOVE., we don’t stop when your pain goes down.
We help you build back up to the running, lifting, sports,
and everyday activities you want to do.

If you want to get back to running, lifting, and playing with your kids, feel confident,
instead of repeating the same relief and flare-up cycle

If your low back keeps hurting despite all the core work you’ve done,
the way you’re bracing could be part of the problem.

A lot of people keep adding core exercises,
but the pain still comes back when they get active.

Sometimes the issue is how you’re using your core, not how many exercises you’re doing. Try breathing low into your waistband, then gently brace all the way around your core.

That can help your core support you better when you lift and move.

And if your back pain keeps coming back, you deserve to understand why.

That’s why we created the Recovery Roadmap, a free three-test assessment
you can do at home to start figuring out what’s keeping your pain around.

If you want to get back to lifting, know what your back actually needs,
instead of adding more core exercises and hoping the pain stays away

Recovery isn’t about mastering rehab exercises. It’s about outgrowing them.

Most people spend weeks doing band exercises until their knee starts feeling better.

But feeling better doesn’t always mean your body is ready for squats,
running, sports, or the workouts you actually enjoy.

That’s why so many people lose confidence when they try to get back to normal life.
Their knee hasn’t been prepared for the things they want it to handle.

Recovery isn’t about doing the same rehab exercises forever.

It’s about gradually preparing your body for the movements your lifestyle actually demands, whether that’s lifting in the gym, playing weekend sports, running after your kids, or getting back on the trail.

That’s why, here at I.MOVE., we don’t stop when your knee feels better.
We continue progressing your plan until your body is ready for the life you want to get back to.

If you want to get back to squats, running, and the workouts you enjoy,
feel ready be active, instead of worrying if your knee can handle it,
