First day of work in over 3 years (paid, that is.. because being a stay at home parent is a LOT of work). In the past three years I have had a difficult birthing experience, moved homes, been through health challenges, and the ups and downs of being a new parent.

It wasn't my original plan to stay home, but our country kinda sucks at supporting families and affordable childcare.

I'm incredibly thankful for the special moments and how much I've grown/changed as a person in this time.

I'm excited to get to help others again feel better in their bodies. This is a big part of my identity and passion, and it's been a bit strange being away from this world.

We're all going through this wild life and the best I can do is meet you where you are in the day you arrive in my office and create space for you.
