Stretching is so beneficial to our overall movement ability. Quick story... I used to think I hurt myself but have since learned that it's lack of use of all movements that can seize a body up and age it sooner than it should. I felt some knee aches coming on again recently, I realized I am not working certain stability muscle areas as I should be, as I learned in physical therapy, and thus causing me discomfort in those areas again. I have to keep mindful of stretching daily as it's a new routine I am working on establishing, but it is so worth it โผ๏ธ๐
So, I challenge you to start a stretching routine daily and tell me you don't feel better! I promise you, that you will feel better ๐
