How It Started vs. How It's Going

HOW IT STARTED (Year 1 Goals):
➡️ Gain 5 personal training members by the end of the first year
➡️ Begin offering certified nutrition coaching and launch the L1festyle Package
➡️ Achieve an 80% member retention rate through exceptional service and engagement

HOW IT'S GOING:
✅5 personal training members achieved by the end of Year 1

💪🏼Nutrition coaching in progress — currently enrolled in certification coursework and on track to complete it by the end of 2026, bringing the L1festyle Package one step closer to reality

💯 100% retention rate for services and memberships, surpassing my original goal of 80%

Year 1 was about building a strong foundation. The support, trust, and commitment from clients and the community have made these milestones possible!

KAAB is Turning 1 🎉 — Let's Recap the Year!
One year ago, this was just an idea and now we're getting ready to celebrate our first birthday. 🎂

What a year it's been.
✨ June 13, 2025 - launched KAAB Fitness publicly
✨ June 17, 2025 - welcomed my first client
✨ July 7, 2025 - signed my second client and designed my website
✨ October 23, 2025 - signed more clients and faced challenges I never expected
✨ December 1, 2025 - launched my first fitness challenge on Facebook
✨ February 2, 2026 - entered Ms. Health & Fitness
✨ April 4, 2026 - custom apparel and equipment underway
✨ May 1, 2026 - launched summer fit Fridays and 1-year celebration

Every client, message, referral, review, like and comment helped us grow into what we are today.

This first year wasn't perfect, but it was unforgettable—and KAAB wouldn't be here without you.

Thank you for being part of the KAAB journey. Here's to everything we've accomplished together and to an even bigger year ahead. ❤️
