GoodMorning…. Before Covid 🤦🏽‍♀️ then closing the gyms I was a gym j***y I went to anytime fitness but once I lost the carbs weight I started lifting so I switched up to gold it was in my weekly routine… I went from 330 to 240 back to 260 due to weight lifting I was my best mentally in the gym and this year I’m selfish about my EVERYTHING back to that size then bodybuilding cause people that really know me knew bodybuilding was always the goal 🙏🏽🙏🏽 come on lord show out for me and thank you for giving me the chance to live the life I want 🙏🏽💙
