Hello WICsters, it is the beginning of a new month, and we wanted to make sure all our WIC families have come in to receive and active their new WIC cards. We no longer have the card that have the CHIP attached. The new WIC cards will be swiped as of 07/01/2026. If you have not received the new card, please call or come by the WIC office on Monday or Wednesday when we are open. Also, don't forget that the Paris Pregnancy Care Center, Inc comes on the last Monday of the month to delivery diapers for Clarksville clients and surrounding areas. ‼️We have been notified that the Walmart problem has been fixed and you may continue your purchases with your WIC card. Again, please use your myWIC app to report any issues you may experience at the grocery store so the store vendors are aware of any problem you may be experiencing. This way they can investigate the situation and prevent it from happening in the future. You can access report a problem in the top left corner of your myWIC app screen in the menu tab. Call your local WIC office if you need assistance or accessing this option. We appreciate your patience with us. ‼️ Nos han informado que el problema con Walmart se ha resuelto y ya pueden continuar realizando sus compras con su tarjeta de WIC. Le recordamos que utilice la aplicación myWIC para reportar cualquier inconveniente que experimente en la tienda; de esta manera, el personal estará al tanto de los problemas y podrá investigar la situación para evitar que vuelvan a ocurrir en el futuro. Puede acceder a la opción para reportar problemas desde la pestaña del menú, ubicada en la esquina superior izquierda de la pantalla de la aplicación myWIC. ‼️We have been notified that Walmart systems are down and cannot accept WIC at the moment. We will keep you updated once their system has been repaired and resolved. Thank you for your understanding with us. Please remember to use your myWIC app to file a complaint of your items are not scanning or going through.
