I can’t believe we’re only ONE week away from school starting! 🎒 And somehow, I’ll have a KINDERGARTENER this year! Time really is a thief. 🥹

If you have a little one who is feeling anxious about the new school year, here are a few homeopathic remedies you may find helpful!

I also included a remedy that’s commonly used for immune support, plus ColdCalm® for when those first sniffles come home from school. 🤧

Have no fear—keep your homeopathic remedies near!

If you find yourself experiencing symptoms that could be consistent with Cyclospora (or another gastrointestinal illness), these are some remedies I often consider based on the individual's symptoms:

Arsenicum album (I generally use 200C)
Great for burning diarrhea or burning pains in the stomach and intestines, especially when accompanied by restlessness, anxiety, and exhaustion.

Nux vomica (I generally use 30C)
Often helpful for stomach cramping, frequent urging, and digestive upset. It can also be a good choice if you're unsure whether your symptoms are from contaminated food or simply from overindulging.

Podophyllum (I generally use 200C)
A classic remedy for explosive, gushing, profuse watery diarrhea.

Veratrum album (I generally use 200C)
Consider when there is violent vomiting and diarrhea occurring together, with profound weakness, collapse, and feeling like you've been hit by a train.

And don't forget China officinalis (Cinchona) and Natrum muriaticum, which are remedies I often think of when someone has become depleted from fluid loss.

💧 Most importantly, stay well hydrated and seek medical care promptly if symptoms are severe, persistent, or you show signs of dehydration

Fireworks are exciting...unless you're the one afraid of them!

With the 4th of July quickly approaching, now is a great time to think ahead if your child or pet dreads the fireworks.

Homeopathy offers remedies that are selected based on individual symptoms.

💥 Aconite 200 – For sudden panic, intense fear, restlessness, and shock.
💥 Phosphorus 200 – For those who are highly sensitive to loud noises, startle easily, crave reassurance, and become anxious before or during fireworks.
