The weekend of Sept 19 - 20 I am guest teaching with for their amazing foundations program students. I am ecstatic!

Around the Autumn Equinox, the third amazing curation for the MF super rad hybrid CSA (community supported agriculture program) will ship out across PA, to Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Michigan for our beloved CSA Radishes!

You can sign up over winter for the 2027 program that combines regenerative farming, herb craft, remedies, and the continuity of care that Lu is known for.

Saturday Sept 25 I'm back with Mint Condition; Sports Medicine and Chiropractic Wellness for their Annual Autumn Festival!

Sunday Sept 27 is our last market

Saturday October 3 I am again delighted to attend Calhoun Farm & Market 's Witches Day out

and later this week there will be an invitation to an enchanting and empowering special-tea experience with Lu and The Plants for October 9th!

Saturday October 17th will be our last time together

This Labor Day weekend I would love to take a moment to share some thoughts, and gratitude, and invitations . . .

In the communities I serve, work in, collaborate with I notice something that perhaps deserves more attention. It is obvious that so many of us value HARD WORK, and are no strangers to sacrifice: the socio-economic agreements seem to demand from us something like too much. Many of us go out on our own, "own our means of production", and do what we LOVE for the People AND Places that we love, and love us right back.

We don't have to agree on everything, or be mirror reflections of each other in order to share time - attention - encouragement - resources - skills - prayers - cash - care. We know integrity and dedication when we see it.

We tag, share, and amplify each other ---- because we know it's always better to feed each other than a algorithm, especially since 99% of the folks in my networks are literally - physically - all year long feed soil, pollinators, families, and community.

We may not be in the same hyper localized neighborhood, and we gather around shared values in direct action, forming a real community, in practice, putting our ideas about what quality of living we all deserve into some kind of action such as intentional markets, special events, community pantries, fund raisers.

What I am trying to say is, we the hard working peasants of the commonwealth and beyond are inspiring action figures, pouring heart and soul and love into all sorts of labors. And that is what makes us resilient --- to be in service requires dedication, not sacrifice. Cooperation is not a four letter word, and only makes each contributor more stable and resourced.

I attend farmer's markets run by volunteers, many of whom have direct experience and expertise when it comes to What Farmers Need and What Families Need.

I invite you again, to share any and all posts, make reviews, visit my website, hire me for my specialized skills in health of land and family, in creating more spaces for learning skills that help give and take care of so many.

Because I am busy feeding Land and Families, not AI and algos.

It’s always a very lovely day for a farmers market!
