💌 Spreading Joy, One Card at a Time! 💌

Every Monday morning, a wonderful team of volunteers gathers at the Arts and Crafts room to craft, create and organize used greeting cards and turn them into brand new cards for any occasion for our community! ✂️🎨

Located right inside Town Hall Village, the "Because We Care" Card Shop is stocked with beautiful, handcrafted cards for every occasion. Best of all, the shop is open daily to all residents, employees, and guests!

💙 How It Works:
The card shop operates entirely on the honor system—just pick out your cards and drop your payment in the cash box!

💵 Pricing:
• Large Cards: $1.00 each
• Medium Cards: 75¢
• Small Cards: 50¢ (or 2 for $1.00!)

Every single penny raised goes directly back into making Regency Oaks an even better place to live. Proceeds help purchase:
📚 New books for our libraries
🌸 Welcome flowers for new residents
🎉 Special community items (like a brand-new Bingo machine!)

🍋🧊 Beat the Heat with Iced Tea & Lemonade! 🧊🍋

Our wonderful Life Enrichment team put together a refreshing Iced Tea & Lemonade Bar out in the breezeway!

Residents stopped by to cool off and build their custom summer drinks with freshly brewed iced tea, lemonade, assorted flavor syrups (like peach, raspberry, and strawberry!), fresh mint, lemon slices, and sweet raspberries.

It was a beautiful afternoon spent sipping drinks, catching up with neighbors, and enjoying the breeze under the pergola. A big thank you to our Life Enrichment team for creating such a fun and refreshing treat for everyone! 🍹✨
