Includes Introduction to Equipment & Safety

* Learn about paddleboards, paddles, and how to choose the right board.
* Safety gear, including a life vest.
* Review basic water safety, obstacle awareness, and safe water entry/exit techniques.
Basic Paddleboarding Skills
* Practice proper positioning on the board.
* Learn correct paddle grip and paddling techniques for moving and turning.
* Develop balance and stability by engaging your core.
On-Water Practice
* Start with land-based instruction before entering the water.
* Practice paddling while kneeling, then progress to standing.
* Gain confidence in calm water conditions.
Safety Training
* Learn how to fall safely into the water.
* Practice getting back onto the board after a fall.
We go at your own pace!
