Hormones are a huge factor in how your body will respond to food. Your season of life as a woman with a hormonal cycle will impact how these hormones behave. Your lifestyle. Your history. Your health. Your stress levels. Your digestive health. The type of food you eat and how and when you eat plays a role too.
That’s why take an in depth look at everything with every client. They need a bio-individualized plan based on all of the above and their goals and timeline.
For this client, we mainly worked on her gut health and nutrition but no dieting. And just like that she lost 12 Ibs.
