Join us Thursday at 10:00 AM at Emilie's Coffee House for coffee, conversation, and a relaxing walk together. We'll leave around 10:15 and head to the Kopf Family Reservation Trail for some fresh air, movement, and mom friendship.

Bring your stroller, your little ones, or just yourself. This is a casual, welcoming group for moms at any stage of motherhood.

Does your teen want to start babysitting this summer?

Help them build confidence and learn valuable lifesaving skills with a Child and Infant Family & Friends CPR and Babysitting Basics Course!

📍 Avon Lake
💲 $50 per person

Students will learn:
✅ Child and infant CPR
✅ What to do in an emergency
✅ Babysitting safety and responsibilities (WSL)
✅ Tips for becoming a confident and successful babysitter

Each participant will receive an American Heart Association participation card and American Heart Association course booklet.

We had the best morning at Coffee Conversation and Sunshine today ☀️☕️👶

So many moms came out, lots of new faces, new friendships, stroller chats, coffee in hand, and a little sunshine therapy for everyone. There is just something special about being around other moms who get it.

If you have been thinking about coming, this is your sign to join us next week! You do not need to know anyone. Just come as you are.

We meet next Thursday at 10 AM at Emilie’s in Avon Lake for coffee, conversation, and a walk through Kopf Reservation. We would love to meet you!

The Coffee Conversation and Sunshine Walk is a casual opportunity for moms to connect, get outside, enjoy some fresh air, and build community with other moms in the same season of life. We will grab a coffee, chat, and head out for a relaxed walk together at 10:15a. Babies and strollers are always welcome!
