👶🧘 Baby & Me Yoga – Join Us this Saturday! 🧘👶

Looking for a fun way to bond with your little one while enjoying the outdoors? Join certified yoga instructor Jennifer Hanson-Smith for Baby & Me Yoga at our new location in Bleser Park!

This gentle, welcoming class is designed to strengthen the emotional and physical bond between you and your baby through movement, infant touch, motor skill development, interactive songs, and play. It's also a great opportunity for caregivers to stretch, move, and connect with other families.

✨ No yoga experience is necessary—all levels are welcome!
📍 NEW Location: Bleser Park (on the grass by the toddler playground)
📍 32800 Electric Blvd., Avon Lake
🕚 Time: 11:00 a.m.
👶 Who: Babies ages 6 weeks to crawling with a caregiver

What to Bring:

A quick update: The Coffee Conversation & Sunshine Walk is canceled for this week.

You can check out the Seedling circle that is happening Thursday morning at 10:00! This is a supportive space for new parents to connect, ask questions, find community, and feel a little less alone in those early months.

Come connect with other new parents in this welcoming, low-pressure support group for moms, dads, and anyone who identifies as a parent of an infant.

The group is led by Lisa Falkenstein of Nurtured Foundation, an experienced infant care specialist who offers practical guidance, reassurance, and support during those early months.
