I set this space up in my backyard surrounded by the beauty of nature: flowers, trees, bugs, birds and more. The chimes you intermittently hear are hanging from a plant stand 🤩😂🤷🏻‍♀️and add such an amazing sound to the bowls. Thank you wind!!

Tomorrow I offer Sound & Nidra at from 6-7pm. The plants and space at River invite you to come in, drop down and in to receive this healing medicine.

I look forward to Monday Nights each week! After a long or stressful day, there's nothing like coming in to a welcoming space where the instructors know everyone by name, the community is strong and caring, the music is rhythmic and fiery and the vibe and energy is contagious. 💃🏻☀️🤩🩷🥳
