My class is not my workout. ❌πŸ’ͺ

When I step into the studio, my focus completely shifts from my own fitness to yours. If you see me stop moving, get off the bike, or put down the weights, it’s not because I'm taking a breakβ€”it's because I am doing my actual job:

Watching your form to keep you safe.

Offering modifications and progressions.

Bringing the energy and coaching you through that final push.

Teaching is about serving the room. I do my own workouts on my own time so that during our time, 100% of my attention belongs to you!

Introducing Sculpt and Tone! A mat based, low impact, highly effective way to start your day. A mix of low impact cardio, strength training with dumbbells and pilates using resistance loops and sliders in a tabata format. Be prepared to use your muscles in a new way to a Sculpt and Tone.

Step and Tone!!! Mix of cardio and strength in a Tabata format that everyone loves. Get your heart rate up with low impact moves followed by a strength move in every song.

Sign up in the Fliip app, message me or contact the PCC Fitness Center front desk.

Your first group fitness class is always free and everyone is welcome.
