It’s getting closer to election time, and we all need to make sure we vote!
I want to challenge anyone who is on the fence to sit down with our mayor, ask questions, and get to know him as a person. Ask him what he sees for Clinton’s future and what he hopes to accomplish. This is his last term, and I believe he wants to go out with a bang and continue helping our community grow.
We also have to remember that the mayor is just one person. He doesn’t make every decision on his own—he is only one piece of the puzzle. But I have personally seen him fight for things our community has asked for, and there are so many new plans and opportunities coming for Clinton.
After talking with both candidates and bringing forward some of the new ideas and plans I would like to see for Clinton, I’ve had to step back and really look at both men—not just what they say, but their lives, their records, and whether the way they have conducted themselves matches what they are telling us now.
At the end of the day, we each have to do our own homework, ask questions, listen, and decide what we believe is best for Clinton.
Most importantly, please vote! Our community and our future are worth taking the time to be informed and involved.
