Paul Orfalea, founder of Kinko’s, redefines success through the lens of relationships rather than wealth. Despite struggling with dyslexia and ADHD, he built Kinko’s into a 1,200-store empire, eventually selling it to FedEx for $2.4 billion. Yet for Orfalea, true success is about family. As he once said, “Success is when your children still want to be with you when they’re adults,” reflecting his belief that strong personal connections are life’s greatest achievement.
