TRAFFIC ALERT: Today, bicycle riders will pass through York County as part of a 123-mile memorial ride honoring law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty over the past year.

YCSO will es**rt the ride starting around 3:00 p.m. at the state line on Highway 161, continuing on Highway 55 through Clover, and then along Highway 557 toward Lake Wylie before handing off to CMPD at the state line on Buster Boyd Bridge. Then the YCSO will again follow the riders when they come back into SC on Carowinds Blvd. The riders will turn on Highway 51, where CMPD will take over at the state line.

You may see rolling road closures and bicycles traveling together through the area. Please give the riders and es**rts room. Thank you for honoring their ride.

Spider Lily Eco-Tour Tickets are now available!

We know many people have been anxiously awaiting the release of our Spider Lily Eco-Tour tickets, and we are excited to share that the wait is now over! Click the link below to grab your tickets now--but hurry! They won't last long.

Eco-Tour Dates: May 16, May 30, & June 13

Time: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

During this Eco-Tour, you'll paddle through the largest population of rocky shoals spider lilies in the world! These plants are native to the Southeastern US and are truly a sight to behold when in full bloom between mid-May and early June. You won't want to miss this beautiful paddle and walk! Once the 2-mile paddle through the shoals is complete, the group will walk back through Landsford Canal State Park's well-preserved remains of the canal system, which made the river commercially navigable in the 1800s.

Please note that bring-your-own-boat options are not available for these tours.
