One of the deeper ways nature can support us is by helping us experience wholeness. Wholeness isn’t about becoming perfect, eliminating anxiety, or never struggling emotionally. It’s about learning to meet ourselves where we are and, from that place, choosing how we want to respond and move through life.
I think many of us long for wholeness, yet often search for it through achievement, perfectionism, or people pleasing. But wholeness isn’t something “out there” waiting to be earned—it’s something cultivated from within. This doesn’t usually happen automatically. It grows through experiences and perspectives that shift how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. Spending time in nature can help, but it’s also about how we engage with nature. That’s the heart of what I teach: practices that help people experience nature in ways that support grounding, connection, and wholeness.
This summer and fall there are lots of opportunities to explore and play together—whether through a one-hour gathering, day retreat, or weekend experience. I’d love to have you join me.
