Today we are at the Fresno American Indian Health Project health fair.
Come out and say hi and enjoy all the other vendors! There are cool stations and hydration stations set up so don’t let the heat stop you from stopping by. We are here until 2:00PM.

A little popcorn, a great movie, and even better company! 🍿✨

Our residents had an amazing time enjoying an afternoon at the movies. Outings like these are a wonderful way to stay active, socialize, and enjoy all that our community has to offer.

Smiles were everywhere, and we can’t wait to see where our next adventure takes us! 🎬❤️

🎉 Celebrating a Remarkable Milestone 🎉

Evergreen, had the privilege of celebrating one of our wonderful residents as she reached an extraordinary milestone—her 90th birthday.

Ninety years represent a lifetime of cherished memories, resilience, wisdom, and experiences worth celebrating. It was an honor to recognize this special occasion alongside our residents and staff.

Please join us in wishing her a very Happy 90th Birthday! We hope this year brings continued health, happiness, and many more moments to treasure. Thank you for allowing us to be part of such a meaningful celebration. 💐🎂

Nothing says summer like a 🍉 Watermelon Eating Contest! Our residents and staff had an absolute blast competing for the title.
A big congratulations to our winners—🎉 Tanna for our residents and Cindy, our Social Services Director, for our staff! We even had our Director of Nursing join in on the fun, making it a memorable day filled with laughter, smiles, and lots of watermelon!
Moments like these remind us that creating joy and making memories with residents is what it's all about.

There’s never a dull moment at Evergreen Care Center! 🎉💚

The past few days have been filled with laughter, smiles, and great company! Our residents enjoyed shopping at the Bingo Store, soaking up the sunshine during RNA nature walks, getting pampered with nail care, and with an encouraging message as Pastor shared the Word of God.

Every day is another opportunity to create memories, stay active, and enjoy life’s little moments together. We love seeing our Evergreen family smiling!
