A few friends have asked when I plan to begin seeing clients again, and the answer is... very soon.

As I prepare to open Hearthstone Therapeutic Bodywork here in Penns Valley, I'm looking for a small number of people who would like to experience and provide feedback on a new session I've been developing.

This is not a typical massage.

The focus is nervous system restoration through therapeutic touch, helping the body shift out of stress mode and into a deeper state of relaxation and regulation. The session combines massage, gentle therapeutic bodywork, quiet space, breath awareness, and an intentionally calming environment designed to help you truly unwind.

I'm offering a limited number of introductory sessions over the next couple of weeks as I fine-tune the experience and prepare for my official opening.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been settling back into Penns Valley, spending time with family, reconnecting with old friends, and slowly creating something special.

Hearthstone Therapeutic Bodywork is taking shape.

My vision is not simply massage. It is creating a peaceful space where people can step away from the demands of everyday life, quiet the noise, and allow their bodies and nervous systems the opportunity to rest, restore, and reset.

The treatment room is still coming together one thoughtful detail at a time, but I am getting excited to welcome my first guests soon.

There’s something about Penns Valley that invites people to breathe a little deeper.

After time away, reopening this practice here feels less like starting over and more like returning to something meaningful.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people carrying stress, chronic tension, emotional exhaustion, overworked muscles, nervous system overload, and the simple reality of trying to hold too much for too long.

I’m looking forward to creating a quiet space where people can slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves again.
