I don’t know who needs to hear this today…maybe we all do 🩷

Your inner dialogue is who you are, it’s always with you. Is it judging you, should-ing on you, replaying what was, what you don’t want? Or is it your biggest cheerleader cheering you on, whispering “you got this”, dreaming big & noticing all that is good in the world?

Our mindset creates our reality, it’s been proven over and over and over again. What are you creating for yourself? For your life? For others? It all starts with your inner dialogue.

Your inner child hears you, speak love into existence, love on yourself, love on others, I whole heartedly believe love is the answer to all

I LOVE coming across accounts where people are doing the Good Work, paving the way for a brighter future, sparking hope

My mindset today: “stay infinitely inspired”

Part 2- What we don’t talk about enough are those that transfer energy for the greater good. For the pure purpose of making someone’s day, helping someone heal, raising the frequency, making a positive impact.

Being able to recognize the good in any human is personally one of my favorite parts of participating in this life. And when you’re in the same room as people like SHINEDOWN & who have the resources & the ability to influence a room & to do so from their heart for a positive impact is - inspiring. This is especially so for me as I continue to build this project from the soul - I wake up each day asking myself what can I give, how can I help.

Lucky me I caught one of their drumsticks at the end of the show last weekend right here in our backyard in Spokane Numerica Veterans Arena to take home (see pic, all I kept talking about the rest of the night was “what a cool mom I am” 🤣) And it’s now forever a momento to remind me of my pondering this week about those that intentionally transfer positive energy for the good of humanity.

This one is a powerful staple in my core beliefs about energy & life and how it can be applied to our mindset, our outlook, & ultimately our life experience - let’s get into it (Part 1)…

We know the Law of Conservation as a principle in physics, but when we look at it as a metaphor for life, it can be pretty empowering.

In its simplest definition, energy can move & change form, but it doesn’t just disappear.

Now apply that same idea to our own energy & how we can choose to move it, direct it , change it & protect it…that’s where it gets really interesting.

There’s two different components here- let’s break it down…

ENERGY CAN CHANGE FORM :

When life lifes & challenges arise, we often wish they would just disappear. Sometimes we avoid them or even pretend they don’t exist. But as much as we try, the energy around them can still feel - stuck.

We may not be able to make it disappear, but we can do something with it. We can move it, shift it, transform it. We can transmute & alchemize that energy into something we prefer.

Life is constantly in motion & its journey carries all different frequencies - lessons, joy, pain, gifts & everything in between. Learning how to move through those experiences & shift from lower frequencies into higher ones is one of the most powerful ways we can care for our energetic health.

ENERGY CAN BE TRANSFERRED :

When we talk about energy transfer in the context of life, we usually hear about protecting our energy, being careful not to take on someone else’s negative energy or projections, while also being aware that we aren’t displacing ours onto others.

But there’s another side of energy transfer that we don’t talk about nearly enough…

And this one has been living rent free in my head all week since seeing thebrentsmith & SHINEDOWN last weekend…

I’m saving that for Part 2 ⬅️
