It’s maddening at times.

The twin flame journey is full of paradoxes. What’s a paradox? It’s when two contradictory axioms are true at the same time. Two polarities can somehow coexist in parallel. Two experiences are opposites, and yet, they are one. Parts of the twin flame journey seem logically impossible and absurd — this is what drives you crazy.

Paradoxes abound on the twin flame journey - there's such a contrast between the two worlds you live in, and the darkness and light.

‘Ego death’ is a misnomer but it’s easier to say than ‘releasing attachments’ and it’s also more dramatic, more fun to talk about. People relate to it. But I think everyone knows by now that the ego does really die.

Ego death: a time that may feel like a struggle because it’s when you’re letting go of everything that you were attached to before and now you have t fave reality as it is instead of how you wanted it to be. Your persona and identity change. It’s hard to let go.

Love isn’t always easy - in fact, it is usually very difficult to come together in real love because when it’s that pure and intense, one person may run away. They can’t face it. They feel they don’t deserve it or they don’t know how to handle it. They prefer something they’re more familiar with: unhealthy patterns in relationships.
