Just walked out of my LAST CLASS on my journey to becoming a Registered Dietitian!!!!!🥹😍😭
I know I’ll feel even more (relief, joy, a lil bitter sweetness) when the semester is officially over after finals…
Next up: finals 📚
Summer plans: research 🧐& bodybuilding competitions 💪 (this is my first time saying this publically lol this prep has been very low key)
August: start 9-month Dietetic Internship (rotations in clinics like the Cooper Clinic in Dallas, Hospitals, Sports Nutrition at the Sports Nutrition Institute, Schools, and community)
May 2027: finish Dietetic Internship
May/June 2027: take credentialing exam to OFFICIALLY be a Registered Dietitian😍🥼🔬🍎
After that, research and FoodFlip full-time!
I’m soooo excited!!
PhD defense in 2028/2029?
We’ll see when son enough!
Exciting things lined up
And for now,
I’m here.
Present.
Breathing.
Enjoying life.

Today was our 3rd wellness event; I had so fun💕
Here are some of the easy veggie/fiber and easy snack ideas we talked about!
1. Cheeto dust🤤
2. Cheese bowl 🧀
3. Beef bowl - beef, rice, hummus, mixed veggies (these from HEB are soooo good!!)
4. Broccoli 🥦 and cheese 🧀
5. Sweet treats
6. Frozen veggies from Costco😍😍
7. My eeeasy broccoli salad recipe (coming to the blog soon)
8. Again, my fav cheese (I require cheese daily lol!)
