No fuss way to peel a mango 🥭
And what if I told you…
That the peel tastes like “fruit leather” and natures best fruit roll up?😂

Your aggressive reminder cheese and your goals can co-exist happily and peacefully 🙄😂
1 oz =
0g fat
8g protein
37 calories
Café Olympia fat-free feta
Is my absolute fav!!
Especially melted in 15 seconds in a lil bowl in the microwave, (topped with onion powder and cayenne).
You’ll be thanking me.
It’s the 30- second ~1 ingredient snack you didn’t know you needed.

I know I’ll feel even more (relief, joy, a lil bitter sweetness) when the semester is officially over after finals…
Next up: finals 📚
Summer plans: research 🧐& bodybuilding competitions 💪 (this is my first time saying this publically lol this prep has been very low key)

May 2027: finish Dietetic Internship
May/June 2027: take credentialing exam to OFFICIALLY be a Registered Dietitian😍🥼🔬🍎
After that, research and FoodFlip full-time!

Imagine a pancake recipe that:
- tastes great 😍
- high protein (14 grams of protein per 2 pancakes)
- low calorie (176 calories per 2 pancakes!)
- only uses simple ingredients you always have on hand✨
- cooks super fast (30sec on each side)🙌
- and use up your old stale granola you have in the back of your pantry 😳🙊
This FoodFlip recipe checks all the boxes!!
