Most women think weight loss is about eating less, but the truth is Volume eating is the key, getting your Macros and your fiber intake for your body and activity level is key, not restricting, finding balance in each meal so you are satisfied. Most of my meals I am suppose to eat to hit my goals for the day I cannot even finish!!!
This is dinner,
505 calories
38g Protein, 62g carbs(yes carbs), 14 grams fat, 15 grams fiber.
1 cup spaghetti squash, 1 cup toasted mushrooms, 1 cup roasted broccoli, 1 cup tomato sauce, 3 oz ground beef(xtra lean), 2oz goodles protein noodles.
See I bulked it with veggie while still enjoying the flavors of spaghetti.
This is after a full day of smart choices and a sweet treat for dinner all while staying in a weekly calories deficit.
