Most women think weight loss is about eating less, but the truth is Volume eating is the key, getting your Macros and your fiber intake for your body and activity level is key, not restricting, finding balance in each meal so you are satisfied. Most of my meals I am suppose to eat to hit my goals for the day I cannot even finish!!!
This is dinner,
505 calories
38g Protein, 62g carbs(yes carbs), 14 grams fat, 15 grams fiber.
1 cup spaghetti squash, 1 cup toasted mushrooms, 1 cup roasted broccoli, 1 cup tomato sauce, 3 oz ground beef(xtra lean), 2oz goodles protein noodles.
See I bulked it with veggie while still enjoying the flavors of spaghetti.
This is after a full day of smart choices and a sweet treat for dinner all while staying in a weekly calories deficit.
Make smart and small changes and I promise you will see the change.

The secret is the balance:

The Base: Bitter radicchio & tender roasted leeks.

The Crunch: Homemade sweet and savory walnut & pepita brittle.

The Zing: Sharp pecorino cheese & fresh dill.

The Finish: A bright, lemony garlic vinaigrette.

One of the many recommendations for perimenopausal and menopausal women is get at least 15-30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking.

Why? Because it boost metabolism by controlling hormonal shift, stabilizes cortisol spikes and helps preserve muscle mass.
Well I am not a morning person eater, I am never hungry, so for me personally I love a good protein coffee, I get to enjoy my cup of coffee and help my protein goals as well.
Fair-life milk(1/2 cup =6 grams) and Naked Whey vanilla =25 grams.
