I will explain below. I studied with teachers Roxanne Roberts and Jim Haggins, who are certified Shamanic practitioner teachers by Sandra Ingerman. I studied at Sacred Hoops Ministries in Woodland Park, Colorado, which deeply and gratefully validated the work my guides were already showing me. What does a private session look like, and what kinds of things do I do? Occasionally I go “live” and do free or donation based readings for a period of time to give people a small piece of what I can offer. These are very basic readings, though very powerful. Sessions breakdown:
All sessions are remote. For all sessions, you book a time, however you do not need to do anything with me at that time. It is simply to reserve your space for that evening’s appointment for me to work on. I create sacred space in my healing room in my home, and then I do your session during your appointment timeframe. After I do your session, I take notes and then I email it to you by the end of the evening. Sometimes it takes a couple of hours, but you will always receive your email with your session by the end of the day. If any additional support is needed, you are always welcome to set up a follow up phone call with me or text/email me as needed with questions and I will get back with you as soon as possible. Sometimes, with this type of work, the information can be very intimate and many people are happy with their emailed session and do not feel the need to follow up. However, I want to make sure everyone receives what they need, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need additional support or have any questions after your session! Body Clearing and Soul Retrieval:
For this session, as always I am in a deep, meditative state, and I journey to you wherever you are in the world. With the help of my guides, I remove anything that no longer serves your highest good from past and present lifetimes. Things may show up in “spirit form” as literally anything, which shows me that it does not belong (for example, if I see snakes in your guts, I know that is energy that is being shown to me as snakes, and we do not have snakes in our guts so it clearly doesn’t belong. This can be a metaphor for something or just showing me it doesn’t belong). Once you are clear I do a soul retrieval. We experience soul loss when we experience trauma and leave a piece of ourselves in that moment, and we think we must do this in order to survive. It is part of the human condition, and does not always happen with trauma, however it is very common. I bring back soul parts who are ready and willing to come back to help you with whatever you need for your soul’s highest good in the now. When I find the soul parts, I ask them how old they are, why they left, and the gift they are returning to you. I gather that information for you, and also so that you can trust that what I do is real as I have no way of knowing this information. It is also why I prefer not to do consultations before appointments, I would like to know as little as possible before sessions. Often times power animals or spirit guides with gifts and messages come back with your soul parts as well. I just ask that you remain open to whatever is in your highest good and do not limit yourself with expectations. Once I return your soul parts and everything that you need, I seal you, take my notes, and then email you your session. Many people like to book this session in combination with the three Divination journeys. Divination Journeys:
For this session, I am also in a deep meditative state. I ask you to come up with three questions you’d like answers to, or two, and leave the third up to the Universe (this is the most popular). I journey to my guides and yours and they give me a message or vision. Note, with all journeys and sessions, if there is something that is super intimate that I don’t need to know, you are safe as my guides know this and will show me in a metaphor that only makes sense to you. I take notes after each journey, in depth, and then I type everything up when I finish and email it to you. If you need clarity on anything I always open up any method of communication as needed for that as well. If you prefer to schedule a phone call with me afterward, I am happy to do so. Home Clearing:
For this session, I am in a deep meditative state, and I journey to your home. I prefer to know the location (even if it’s just city/state/street name, but you are welcome to share your full address, everything is confidential), but with proper intention it is not needed. I journey to your home in spirit form with the help of my guides and yours, and we cross over all lingering spirits who haven’t crossed over and need to. Those who have crossed over and have come back as pure love and light are safe and do not need to be crossed over, and are free to be helping, compassionate spirits as they are. They are safe to stay and guide/protect. After everything is crossed over, all energies and entities that no longer serve your highest good are transfigured back to pure love and light and/or removed, I seal your sacred space in a rose quartz bubble of pure love and light, so that only love and light is welcome in your sacred space. Many people report feeling a positive shift immediately after it is completed. Connecting with passed loved ones/crossing over spirits:
Spirits need to be crossed over. The crossing over into the Light after death is important as it removes all human vibration and Karma. When you sense a spirit or entity is present, and it feels scary or unsafe, this is because it has not yet been crossed over. When you feel an overwhelming sense of love and light, which may seem eerie but still safe, this is when spirits have crossed over and have come back to offer love, guidance, and protection. It is a very distinct difference. If you have a loved one who you have a question for, would like me to connect with and see if they have any messages for you, or need to have me cross someone over-which I always ask for any messages at that time as well, as it may take any period of time from moments to months for them to be able to come back and communicate, depending on their cleansing process.
*Note that you do not need to be present at the time you book your session, it holds your place so I know to do your session, and please know that sometimes it may take longer than an hour, and that it may take several hours before you receive your email. I work with high integrity and want to make sure I get all of the information to you properly and accurately, and typing everything up takes time as well, but I assure you, as soon as I complete your session I will send you your email, and you will receive it within two to three hours of your booked time slot.
