Mental Health talk:

Living life with a mental illness is the biggest battle. Learn when you need to do to communicate and learn how to do it efficiently. I’m a huge advocate because I have these issues and it’s an uphill battle everyday. And it likes to consume me in horrible ways. I dissacociate due to these events and that’s not healthy. I’m sorry and I know this isn’t a personal page but I just wanted to let you know that you aren’t alone and I know I’m not either.
