Just released! Lilly is NOW offering cheaper self pay options for 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg, and 10mg dosing. We all know the compounded medications do not work as well so this a much better option. Hopefully this indicates pricing for GLP-1s will decrease soon. Book an appointment to see what can work for you!

With all of the nutritional information and nutrional marketing out there it is so hard to figure out what is healthy and what is not. Here are some examples of what I commonly get asked. Will carbs make me fat? Will eggs increase my cholesterol? If I skip breakfast will I gain weight? The list goes on. A way you can simplify it all is to think of these 3 rules.

1. For meals: Eat a protein and a plant
2. For snacks: Limit ultra processed food
3. For drinks: Limit sugary beverages
