💙 It's Day 2 of DSP Week, and we're continuing to recognize the amazing people who make a difference every day.
Today's spotlight shines on Cybil T., who was recognized by not one, not two, but three separate managers across two of our companies for their professionalism and dedication!
"Cybil is excellent at de-escalating problematic behaviors and helping our individuals feel heard and supported. In the past month, she initiated role-playing activities with the individuals in the home to feel more empowered in protecting their personal boundaries. She also has taken advantage of additional training opportunities provided by the BCBAs to better support and understand the behavioral needs of her individuals. Cybil has her thumb on the pulse of what is going on in that home at all times during her shift and is quick to notify management of potentially problematic issues, sometimes heading them off before they can escalate into bigger issues. She is an absolute rockstar and deserves to be recognized as an outstanding DSP!"
