ABOUT THE CEO - I am a Physical Therapist with 25 years of experience who has a deep passion for helping people achieve their goals. I’m an avid golfer who enjoys playing both socially and competitively, having won a number of club and district golf championships carrying a single digit handicap. I am also a fitness enthusiast who loves to workout for mental health and to improve my overall health

and performance. I decided to start Swing Fore Life during the height of COVID when I realized that I wanted to combine my passion for helping people and my love of playing golf with family and friends. I frequently get asked questions about injuries and fixes while on the golf course, and want to offer my services on a broader scale so I can reach more people who want to continue to play the game they love.
