𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆!

Today, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and brilliance of women everywhere. As a women’s health & wellness coach, I am honored to support women in prioritizing their well-being—body, mind, and soul.

This year’s theme is about 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, and what better way to embrace it than by investing in our health? Self-care is not selfish; it’s the foundation of our strength. Whether it’s nourishing your body, setting boundaries, or embracing rest, remember: 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀.

Here’s to strong, healthy, and thriving women! 𝗧𝗮𝗴 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂. ✨

📖New Year. New Book. Blank Pages.

Happy New Year Beautiful Ladies! 🌸

As we begin a new year, I want to share with you one of my favorite quotes: “Life is a book. Every day is a new page. Every month is a new chapter. Every year is a new series.”

What does this quote mean to you? To me, it means that life is full of opportunities to learn, grow, and change. It means that we can always start fresh and write our own stories. It means that we are the authors of our own lives. ✍️

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping you achieve your wellness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, gain confidence, or improve your health, I’m here to support you and cheer you on. 💪

Together, we can make this year the best one yet. Let’s fill our pages with joy, gratitude, and love. Let’s create our chapters with courage, creativity, and resilience. Let’s write our series with purpose, passion, and power. 🙌

Are you ready to turn the page and start a new chapter with me? If so, comment below or send me a message. I can’t wait to hear from you and help you on your wellness journey. 😊

Remember, you are the star of your own book. Make it a bestseller. 🌟

😊Holiday Hormone Happiness

The holidays can be a time of joy, celebration l, and gratitude. But they can also be a time of stress, anxiety, and hormonal imbalance. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the demands of family, friends, work, or yourself, you’re not alone. Many women experienced fluctuations in their hormones during this season, which can affect their mood, energy, appetite, sleep, and overall well-being.

But don’t worry, there are some simple and natural ways to keep your hormones in balance over the holidays. Here are some tips that I’ve learned ed Fri experts and research:

🎄Eat protein-rich foods like eggs, chicken, lentils, fish, nuts, and dairy.
🎄Exercise regularly to improve blood flow, insulin, and cortisol.
🎄Limit caffeine to one or two cups a day or drink decaf or herbal teas.
🎄Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day y avoid dehydration.
🎄Have a consistent sleep schedule and avoid screens, heavy meals, alcohol, and noise before bed.
🎄Move more throughout the day by taking stairs, walking, biking, doing chores, or dancing.
🎄Breathe deeply from your diaphragm to calm your nerves and lower cortisol.
🎄Enjoy traditions that make you happy and grateful and share them with your loved ones.

Some examples of traditions that make me feel good are:
• Spending time with my family and friends by having meaningful conversations m, playing games, watching movies, or cooking together.
• Helping someone in need by donating clothes, food, or toys.
• Giving myself a home facial and pedicure.

Remember, you don’t have to do everything perfectly or please everyone else to enjoy the holidays. Just do what feels right for you and celebrate yourself.🎊🙌🏼

I hope these tips help you keep your hormones in balance over the holidays while having fun too! 😊

🎁5 Tips to Support Your Gut Health Over the Holidays

The holidays are here, and we all know what that means: delicious food, festive drinks, and cozy gatherings with our loved ones. 🎄🥂🎁

But while we enjoy the season of indulgence, we also want to take care of our gut health, which is essential for our overall well-being. 😊

Did you know that your gut is home to trillions of bacteria, fungi, and viruses that make up your microbiome? These microbes affect your digestion, immunity, mood, and more. 🦠

So how can you support your gut health over the holidays? Here are some tips:

🌟Eat more fiber-rich foods, such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. Fiber feeds the good bacteria in your gut and helps prevent constipation. 🍎🥦🥜🍞

🌟Drink plenty of water, herbal teas, and probiotic drinks, such as kefir, kombucha, or yogurt. These beverages hydrate your body, flush out toxins, and replenish your gut flora. 💧🍵🥛

🌟Avoid or limit foods and drinks that can irritate your gut, such as alcohol, caffeine, sugar, processed foods, and spicy foods. These can cause inflammation, bloating, and acid reflux. 🍷☕🍬🍟🌶

🌟Manage your stress levels, as stress can negatively affect your gut health. Try to relax, meditate, exercise, or do something that makes you happy. 😌🧘‍♀️🏃‍♀️🎨

🌟Get enough sleep, as sleep is vital for your gut health. Aim for at least seven to eight hours of quality sleep every night. Avoid using your phone, computer, or TV before bed, as they can disrupt your circadian rhythm. 😴🌙📵

By following these simple tips, you can support your gut health over the holidays and enjoy the season without any guilt or discomfort. 🙌

Share this post with your friends and family and let us know how you are taking care of your gut health in the comments below. 💬

🎄Healthy Holiday Swaps

The holiday season is here, and I know we all love to indulge in some delicious treats. But did you know that you can still enjoy the festive flavors without compromising your health goals? 😍

Here are some of my favorite healthy holiday swaps that are easy to make and taste amazing:

▫️Instead of eggnog, try almond milk with nutmeg and cinnamon. It has fewer calories and less sugar, but still gives you that cozy feeling. 🥛
▫️Instead of candy canes, try fresh or dried fruit. They are naturally sweet and rich in vitamins and antioxidants. 🍓
▫️Instead of gingerbread cookies, try oatmeal cookies with molasses and ginger. They are lower in fat and higher in fiber and have a similar spicy taste. 🍪
▫️Instead of mashed potatoes, try cauliflower mash. It has less carbs and more fiber, and you can season it with garlic and herbs. 🥔
▫️Instead of pecan pie, try baked apples with pecans and honey. It has less sugar and more fruit, and you can top it with some yogurt or whipped cream. 🥧
▫️Instead of hot chocolate, try herbal tea with honey and lemon. It has less calories and more antioxidants, and you can add some spices like cloves or cardamom. 🍵

These are just some of the ways you can make mindful choices this holiday season and still enjoy the spirit of celebration. What are some of your favorite healthy holiday swaps? Let me know in the comments below! 💬

Wishing you all a happy and healthy holiday! 🎁

✍🏽Ladies, let’s talk about the magic that happens when you give your creativity the attention it deserves. 🌈✨ Nurturing your creative side isn’t just about making pretty things (though that’s awesome too!). It’s about discovering the layers of yourself waiting to be unveiled. 🌟✍️ Dive into the world of imagination, where you’re not just a spectator but the architect of your dreams. 🚀 Embrace the freedom to express, innovate, and redefine what’s possible. Your creativity is a force – let it shape your world! 💪🎨

🔁Simple swaps to improve your gut health

What you eat impacts your gut health, your immune system, and your mental health. So, you want to feed the good bacteria, not kill it!

There are things in our diet & lifestyle that are depleting our good gut bugs. Here are just a few:
•Our over-sanitized modern world: kills both good & bad bacteria
•Our food is pasteurized, irradiated, or chemically treated to kill bugs, including the good stuff
•Our soil is depleted of good bacteria & nutrients secondary to pesticides & other chemical contaminants
•Our Western diet full of processed foods, refined flours & sugars, and artificial sweeteners alters the balance between good & and bacteria in our gut

Recent studies show that 70% of your immune system and 95% of your serotonin is in your gut.

So, consume more probiotic rich foods and whole fruits, vegetables, & grains along with taking a good quality probiotic.🥦🍓🫘🍣🍳

And, eat/drink less refined white flours & sugars, alcohol, soda (diet or regular), artificial sweeteners, and processed foods.🥤🍪🍬🍕🍟

Some of my favorite probiotic rich foods are sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, and yogurt. I also take a good quality probiotic daily.

Remember, a healthier gut leads to a healer YOU!!!💪🏼❤️

🫐Taking care of your gut can be as simple as plant diversity—switching red apples to green apples OR from red bell peppers to yellow bell peppers.

The diversity of plants you eat feed the diversity of bugs in your gut—leading to more balance and an overall better gut. And with a better gut, you get all the benefits of hormone balance, immune health, skin health, and more. So, you can start today by just adding a bit more diversity to your plate. 🥦🍇🥕🍓
