At Living Health Wellness we welcome you. Our clinic and consultation services focus on partnering with our clients to dig deep identifying and addressing the root cause of your health concerns, raise your health IQ and set wellness goals. We will work with you to develop a individualized treatment plan including educations and integrative therapeutic approaches as a means to support your body's innate ability to heal. Living Health Wellness offers clients the option of convenient membership based holistic health services. Memberships are $85/mo. Clients receive options of unlimited in person visits, portal messaging access and video or telephonic virtual visits after initial in person visit for exams, prescriptions/refills, labs, referrals, physicals as well as a 15% discount on pharmaceutical grade supplements and botanicals and premium services. Our clinic and consultation services focus on health restoration and root cause resolution through nutrition, integrative and functional models of care. We do realize there are times that conventional medicine works best and we are here for those acute visits too.
