Ahhhh. šŸ˜€ How very helpful.šŸ˜€ Lol

There is a HUGE gigantic difference in:

ā€œYep I totally coach moms!!!! All the time girly!!!!ā€

And

ā€œI’ve had 3 kids in 4 years, breastfeed almost exclusively for 4 years now, don’t sleep train my kids, workout with them around my feet/during naptime/or with them in a carrier, and have specialized in coaching moms for 5 years, not to mention my specialized education around the female body in pregnancy, postpartum and nursing.ā€

A bit different, eh? 🤠

Now let me be clear—when I am sleeping through the night (or mostly) I personally LOVE and feel a huge difference in how I parent, how I feel, and my days being so much smoother when I get up before my kids and take care of ME before my working mom day begins.

Now…also being clear: I do NOT DO THIS with a newborn. Lol

My take on fitness in motherhood?

It’s not about how much I can run myself into the ground for results. No matter how old my kids are.

It’s how much can fitness and me being taken care of ADD TO my life as a mom.

It is wack to me to think of being newborn level sleep deprived and then getting my butt out of bed with engorged breasts to go do a 60 minute workout and then be dog tired the rest of the day.

So I don’t do that NOR do I coach that šŸ˜‚

Ick. Lol

In early postpartum my workouts are about 20 minutes long, often times with my baby on my chest, on the mat with me, in the bassinet, etc.

And I’ve still lost over 80lbs as a postpartum mom while nursing every single day

You don’t need to shoot yourself in the foot by being an exhausted grumpy mother just to lose -10lbs by Christmas. Lol

And if you felt like you did…bestie come over here because that literally sounds AWFUL. Lol

Babies change your life but it’s up to you how they change your BODYYYYY

Once upon a time, I was a first time mom that thought my OB would tell me everything I needed to know.

6wk visit? Was LEGIT clearance. šŸ™ƒ

Little did I know that postpartum wasn’t my midwife’s jurisdiction. Once the baby was out, I was on my own.

But what changed the game for me in my (now 3x postpartum) rebuild after baby journey?

Insert here: 360 breathing šŸ¤ŒšŸ¼šŸ”„šŸ’Ø

360 breathing is one of the safest, most effective ways to train your deep core especially while postpartum or pregnant.

A strong core and pelvic floor carries babies so much differently and more comfortably than the alternative.

Before my first baby, I didn’t even know what 360 breathing was and was definitely not practicing it.

Now, I’ve consistently trained my deep core for years and this pregnancy is by farthe most. comfortable and STRONGEST I’ve felt in my body.

Not to mention doing 360 breathing is one of the easiest ways to give a pregnant mom a leg up on core healing postpartum. šŸ™‚ā€ā†•ļø

COMMENT ā€œ360ā€ for my FREE 360 breathing guide that you can do in any stage-pregnant or postpartum to train your deep core, both how it functions and how it looks

Babies change your life. It’s up to you how they change your body.

Cute? 1000000/10.
Transferable from the carrier? … questionable. 🤠 lol

You need me to tell you to eat protein and go for a walk like you need a hole in your head.

And as a postpartum mom that’s legit the LAST thing you need lol

Everyone loves to tell you to ā€œtake care of yourself mama!ā€ Right after you had a baby.

But when that ā€œtaking care of yourselfā€ part includes getting healthy, strong, and losing weight…why is it that suddenly NO BODY will actually give you valuable information as a breastfeeding and new postpartum mom šŸ˜€

….until now šŸ„³šŸ¤ŒšŸ¼

Knowing about calorie deficits, intermittent fasting, electrolytes and having a protein shake for breakfast is one thing.

But knowing what YOUR postpartum body needs for your goals, especially without losing your breastfeeding supply? A totally different story.

And THAT is exactly what I do for you inside of Rebuilt After Baby.

You tell me what you want.
You tell me where you’re at.
You tell me about your body, life, supply, goals.

And I take care of all the rest.
And create a customized map for YOU to follow.

No more info overload.
No more TikTok and IG folders busting at the seams.

Just total clarity.
Having YOUR next steps totally mapped out by a pro. To do it right, the first time.

Because your time and energy? Has never been as limited as it is now.

Let’s let your fitness journey actually MATCH THAT ENERGY—and stop making you tread water and hoard workout screenshots until the cows come home…all for no results. And starting over every time you find this new revolutionary idea.

THAT is what I do for the clients I coach inside of RAB.

DM me ā€œBABYā€ now for my eyes on your journey—and let’s stop wasting the time you already don’t have.

POV: 6wks postpartum, breastfeeding, already down -25lbs, barely hungry, and scared exercise will rank her supply.

This is a perfect example of why my answer for postpartum fat loss is so different from mom to mom.

…and why it’s almost never as simple as just ā€œlisten to your body!ā€ And ā€œeat more protein!ā€ Lol

For this one I have approximately 37 questions before we start sending it šŸ˜‚

Here we do it right the first time—because as a mom our time and energy are both so limited, that’s the least we can do for ourselves šŸ’…šŸ¼

If you were my client…this is where we’d start mama šŸ¤ŒšŸ¼šŸ™‚ā€ā†•ļø

PLOT TWIST BABE: knowing when to push yourself…also means knowing when it’s better not to šŸ¤ŒšŸ¼šŸ™‚ā€ā†•ļøšŸ’…šŸ¼

I’m rebuilding my own body postpartum right alongside my postpartum clients, and the LAST THING I’m interested in?

Rushing back to heavy weighted workouts or big squats or deadlifts before my body is ready.

Postpartum is a little word that describes a HUGE change in a mind, body, life, physique.

And neglecting to adapt my movement because of that huge change?

Would not only make my recovery harder, likely put me in more physical pain, make it harder for fat loss and BF supply protection and give me a harder road back to feeling like ME again…

…and that’s exactly what I want to avoid.

So where does a postpartum and breastfeeding fat loss pro ACTUALLY begin after her 3rd baby in 4.5 years?

Core.

Pelvic floor.

Strength—but slowly.

Pressure management.

Recovery.

Capacity.

And I increase the difficulty for me just like I would with my clients. Nice and easy.

My coaching M.O. = doing it right the first time instead of doing it over again šŸ’…šŸ¼šŸ’…šŸ¼šŸ’…šŸ¼

(And yes, my postpartum workouts DO include fun stuff like weights, deadlifts, and lifting more than all THREE kids of mine combined…just not on day 1.)

Postpartum exercise ≠ just taking a 360 breath and calling it a day.

Maybe breathing exercises are where your journey starts—but that’s the tip of the iceberg of what an actual postpartum journey looks like.

But mamas we earn our way there when we slay the foundation. šŸ™‚ā€ā†•ļøšŸ¤ŒšŸ¼

That’s the whole point of Rebuilt After Baby. 🩷

DM me RAB if you want help rebuilding yours.

Let’s do this thing right, THE FIRST TIME. šŸ™‚ā€ā†•ļøšŸ¤ŒšŸ¼šŸ’…šŸ¼

Don’t you DARE Save this post šŸ˜‚

Seriously because the other 58 postpartum fitness posts in your ā€œfitnessā€ folder on IG/TikTok are getting a litttttttle crowded….dont ya think? šŸ˜‰

For real though—those posts feel like they’re helping in the moment…but for you to still feel so confused about every breakfast, every dinner, every Kroger delivery order, every time you go pick up chipotle or grab takeout for a family dinner?

For every single time you get a 25 minute chunk of time to workout while the baby sleeps in their swing, to begin with you wasting 10 of it scrolling on your phone searching ā€œ3 months postpartum workoutā€ or ā€œpostpartum core workout from homeā€ and your results? Should’ve been here by now.

Right?

If they were doing what you thought they were going to do…you wouldn’t be reading this.

Your recovery.
Your sleep.
Your breastmilk supply.
Your baby.
Your bigger kids.
Your work schedule.
Your energy.
Your delivery.
Your body after ALL of your kids.

It’s a totally unique postpartum recipe.
Meaning that you need a totally unique postpartum approach to match.

Because two PP moms can both ask me the same question about how to lose fat after kids.

And get two VERY different answers.

Knowing the info vs applying the info for your body how it needs?

Two very different things.
(That your brain can sometimes get twisted and think that just saving a generic post is enough.)

And THAT is what we figure out for you, inside of Rebuilt After Baby.

DM me ā€œRABā€ now for more info.

Because babies are here to change your life.
It’s up to us how your body changes after baby.

(And those saved posts aren’t pulling their weight šŸ’…šŸ¼šŸ™‚ā€ā†”ļø)

ā€œI’ll start when life settles downā€¦ā€

Girl… respectfullyyyy, what exactly are we expecting to happen here? šŸ˜‚

Bestie I hate to be the one to tell you this but if you’re waiting for that magic recipe of everyone sleeping better, having less on your schedule, more energy, more independent babies….

Love ya, but we’re probably going to just be waiting it out for awhileeeee šŸ˜€

And that’s absolutely NOT a dig at my kids or at being a mom.

I LOVE being a mom. I love my babies. And I thoroughly enjoy the high demand of it all.

…AND I’m not asking for my life to be less full of my kids, to have more space for me.

WHILE I also don’t think I need to save taking care of me for this make believe future version of myself that maybe would have more time.

There is a HUGE DIFFERENCE between ā€œI can’t do everything perfectly right nowā€¦ā€ and ā€œI’m going to wait until I can do everything perfectly to startā€

Maybe you have 20 minutes to train instead of 60.

Maybe you have a couple dumbbells and bands to work with instead of a decked out gym.

Maybe fat loss isn’t appropriate for you yet, but rebuilding your core and your strength after baby is.

Maybe you’re a breastfeeding mom and your nutrition needs to account for that too.

Maybe the plan simply needs to meet you where you actually are instead of requiring your entire life to change first.

The last thing you need for your body to have incredible results on the scale, with your strength, with your physique is perfection.

And the longer you delay STARTING because you think it has to be perfect, when it doesn’t…that’s so much time you could’ve already spent in the stronger body, more energized body, playing with your kids, feeling GOOD in your Abercrombie jeans again. šŸ”„šŸ’…šŸ¼šŸ’ƒšŸ»

You can ADORE the snot out of this season AND decide you’re worth taking care of inside of it.

Both get to be true bestie šŸ¤ŒšŸ¼

That’s exactly what we do inside Rebuilt After Baby šŸ¼šŸ“‰šŸ’ŖšŸ¼

If you’ve kept saying ā€œI’ll get to it afterā€¦ā€ or ā€œI’ll start afterā€¦ā€, DM me ā€œRABā€ and let’s chat 🩷

Hiii bestie šŸ‘‹šŸ¼ if you’re new here, welcome to my little corner of the internet.

I’m Olivia–mom of 3, pregnancy + postpartum fitness coach, PN Certified Nutrition Coach, personal trainer, and a woman who has now first hand done the pregnancy → postpartum → breastfeeding and rebuilding my body after babyĀ thing three times. šŸ˜‚Ā

Around here we talk about the whole shabang:

Pregnancy. Postpartum. Breastfeeding. Fat loss. Nutrition. Core + pelvic floor. Getting strong again. And how to do literally ANY of those things when you are also in the thick of the little kid era raising your babies.

Because first and foremost, I LOVE being a mom.Ā

AND I care about feeling strong.
I care about taking care of myself.
I care about feeling good in my body.
I care about having goals that belong to me, too.
And I know I’m the best mother, wife, and woman when I actually am taken care of, too.Ā

And I don’t think we need to wait until the babies are older, we’re done breastfeeding, everyone sleeps through the night or life magically ā€œcalms downā€ to start figuring that out. šŸ™‚ā€ā†”ļøšŸ¤ŒšŸ¼

That’s pretty much what I’ve built this entire page + my coaching around.

So whether you’re growing a baby, freshly postpartum, two years postpartum+ and wondering if you can still call it postpartum (yes lol), or just ready to feel a little more like YOU again—

Hiiiiii bestie! You’re in the right place. šŸ«¶šŸ¼

Because (say it with me now!):Ā

Babies are here to change our lives, but it’s up to US how they change our bodies.Ā

Welcome to my page, mama!Ā

Now buckle up. Because things are getting next level in here.Ā
