I thought anxiety was just part of who I was.

For most of my tattoo career, it was something I dealt with daily. I thought it was normal.

Years ago, Kat and I made some major lifestyle changes, including cutting out caffeine completely.

And everything changed. More natural energy, no more crashes, and for me, the anxiety I had struggled with for years disappeared.

Sometimes the things we rely on to get through the day are the very things holding us back.

🎥 We dive deeper into this in our newest YouTube video on Longevity of the Tattoo. Go check it out! 👀 👇

Swipe to the end to see the tattoo we revamped from the 90s! Kevin wanted to spruce up or add to this tattoo. I thought it would be cool to take his original design and redo it in a more modern way. We came up with this! So fun to transform this! Thanks for making the trip and getting back to back work done Kevin Black / Raw Vegan Chef & Recipe Creator Excited for our next session! 🌱 🙌

Darker nature and floral themes are a favorite of mine. This is Masons pet snake. A blizzard corn snake. We included a lotus for his favorite car, and came up with this. Thanks for the trust and the cool idea! 🐍 🪷 Genny
