support you in living with the natural rhythms of the seasons--growing, harvesting, canning, medicine making. It is surprising the happiness you can experience when you attune yourself to nature. We want to encourage you to know and support your local ecosystems—to learn about your native plants, and why preserving your local ecosystem improves your health. Tumbleweed began as a hike through the woods with our dogs and quickly grew into a wild dream. What if we could take our love for plants and build the health of our families? What if we could go even further and build the health of our communities…all across the world? And, as we were already dreaming, what if we could take our passion for wild medicine, mix in our continual wanderlust, and create not just a job...but a life? And that’s just what we are doing. We are both military spouses. We both understand what it means to grow roots only to be relocated to a new environment every few years. And with every shift in the wind, with every new location, we learn more, extend our communities, and build new homes. We are tumbleweeds. And together, with you, we are Tumbleweed Apothecary.
