One thing we can count on is time passing.
I write this as I sit overlooking eastern Nevada, ready to land in Las Vegas. 7:00 am will turn into 3:00 pm which leads to 9 pm and again, and again. This is the complex yet simple understanding of an hourglass. The sand always falls. Then begins again.
As with the passage of time, we live through passing moments of the heart. Almost unaware, sitting unaffected until it’s activated by a spark or ignition switch of feelings or triggers. Flipped on by someone or something. The inner workings a mystery to me, still.
A few questions come to mind…
🫶🏼How much time has passed since your last heart activation?
🫶🏼Was it a joyful event or a sad interaction?
🫶🏼Was it silence?
🫶🏼A separation?
🫶🏼Could it have been a memory?
🫶🏼Was it a date on the calendar marking a celebration or something entirely different?
If we are tuned in enough to our own bodies, we can feel the rise of our heart’s vibration. We can also feel it when the heart stops and redirects itself. It might be protecting itself or it could be reacting instinctively to a certain frequency. I know (unfortunately all too well) that I can feel other people’s feelings and energies. I’ve worked on how to manage these “vibrations” as I’ve moved through my own timeline. I can now use tools that I have learned through my energy practice that enable me to move through and transmute the energies of others more quickly. I now recognize what is mine and what is “theirs.” It’s only taken me 50+ years to figure this out 😉
