As we move through this beautiful and powerful time in March, the skies are offering us an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen inward. With several planets moving through the deeply intuitive sign of Pisces and the energy of a recent eclipse still rippling through our lives, this is a meaningful moment to pause and allow ourselves to reset.

Sound healing and restorative yoga have a unique way of helping us do exactly that.

This Sunday, March 15th, you are warmly invited to gather in a peaceful space where the vibrations of crystal bowls and other sacred instruments, restorative poses and props can help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and gently clear emotional and energetic tension.

Just as water flows and carries things away, sound can help us release what we may have been holding—creating space for clarity, peace, and renewal as we move toward the coming new moon.

Together we’ll rest while waves of sound, restorative poses, Reiki, and essential oils move through the room, allowing the body and spirit to settle into a deep state of restoration.
